Marmaris; the meeting point of the Aegean and the Mediterranean

 

The narrow and long peninsula on which Marmaris is located 25 km northeast of Orhaniye separates the Aegean and the Mediterranean Seas.

With its rich history, beautiful nature and geographical location, Marmaris has always been a prominent part of the Mediterranean civilization.

Due to its Mediterranean climate, Marmaris has a humid weather. And thanks to its humid weather, in Marmaris it is possible to swim in the sea in seasons other than summer as well.
