- Casa Feronia is 121 km away from Dalaman Airport and 25 km away from Marmaris. It has 170 m² net interior space, 4 bedrooms, a mosaic-tiled swimming pool and a large two-sided porch.
- Our stone house is around 1.5 km away from the sea and the beach is just a 5-minute drive away.
- We offer accommodation for up to 8 people at a time in our 4 bedrooms.
- We serve our guests as a house and do not rent the rooms separately.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning and radiator heating.
- The stone walled Casa Feronia is protected by a security camera system for 24 hours a day.
- We have highchair & baby cot for guests with babies.
- In the construction of Casa Feronia, special building materials were used to make 4 seasons living possible;
- The house is built on earthquake resistant raft foundation reinforced by load-bearing concrete columns.
- All hardwood flooring, doors and windows used in the interior design are natural materials and solid wood.
- Heat insulation is provided by double-glazing in the windows.
- The stones used in the construction of Casa Feronia are carefully provided from the surrounding villages and an approximately 50 cm thick stonewall is built by a local stonemason by hand.
- Renewable energy is used at Casa Feronia; the solar power system installed on the roof warms tap water.
- For the comfort of our guests who prefer to stay in winter, a water-heating fireplace and radiator heating system is at your service.
- The water-heating fireplace also heats the water in the radiators.
- Thanks to long chimney, the water-heating fireplace heats the upper floor as well.
